Eighteen years into democracy and South Africa remains highly unequal, where the rate of development is hindered due to several challenges which we are faced with as a society and a country. In contributing and addressing these challenges of a developing nation, one of the key solutions to improving our nations’ economy, environment and socio-economic status is the level of infrastructural development implemented throughout all sectors of service delivery.
